If you have a specific logo or image you’d like us to use, simply email info@rideonyx.com with the file.
Once your order is placed, we’ll create a digital mock-up of your design within 1–2 working days for your approval. After you’re happy with the design, it will move into production. Please allow 5–6 weeks for your custom numnah to be handmade with care and delivered to you.

Please note that all custom items are made to your specifications. Custom items may only be returned if there is a defect in the product, such as damage or an incorrect design.
Exchanges for custom items are not available.
